Stay away from this place they will give you a car that you won’t even be able to inspect they don’t they don’t stick by their word their thieves they took my pregnant wife’s $13,000 and left her with a truck that she can’t even register or inspect because they lied about everything on the car they cleared out The engine light and every light that was on the dashboard would not allow us to drive more than five minutes because they knew the lights would come back on and then said they’d fix it and they fixed nothing From this place, they will rob you financially and financially damage your family, and they do not care Specially, Hyrum and the sales guy with pimples all over his face is the worst sales guy. Good costumer service, but don't just go by that. I've had my car for less than a year and I've had multiple costly problems. ONE of the biggest problems being it all rotten underneath , wasnt thinking at the time to check under the car because i really needed the car. My car has always something new to fix , feels never ending. Always check the car fully no matter what the seller tells you or car fax. My mistake in being in a hurry and buying at this place, it's better to take your time no matter how desperate you are.
I recently purchased a 2015 Cadillac ATS from brick city motors my sales rep name was Sergio he was awesome at satisfying what I wanted and very helpful with anything I need with my car after the purchase also I would love to thank Mr. H the financing manager for all his help and getting me approved for the loan. Furthermore I would like to recommend brick city motors for your purchase of a used car because anything that happens with your car after the purchase they will gladly take care of you thank you guys for all that you’ve done to help me with the car that I love. I also would like to add that all the sales people there are willing to help you even if they didn’t get the sale and to remember that you are buying a used car and it will need service they also offer extended warranty for two years and within your first 30 days they will fix any issues with the car. Its about communication and building relationships.
I almost forgot. Brick City Motors ROCKS!!! I met Raul who sold me a 2007 Yukon that runs practically brand new. Made a few extremely minor fixes (because it’s mine and I can) and now it runs brand new. Thanks Raul and thanks to all that worked there to make sure I had what I needed for the price I was willing to spend. The mechanics are top shelf too.

In 2016, we bought a Honda Pilot here. When we needed new tires we went there as well. Unfortunately, the car was totaled in an accident. Now, December 2022, we came back and found another Pilot! Gary is very professional, dedicated, and knowledgeable. We came back to Brick City Motors because of this. The staff is great and there because they love what they do. Their prices and cars are legit. (Not like some places that scam people) There was NO other place I would buy a car. I will be returning next year for a second car once I get my license.
I bought my first car from this dealership in June 2023. I found a 2012 Hyundai Elantra with 45,000 miles on it. Although it was listed "as is", the dealership offered me a two-year warranty, which I accepted. The car had a few minor issues, including a broken hubcap, two missing reflector lights in the back, and a non-functioning radio.
A week after I purchased the car, the check engine light came on. I took it to AutoZone, where they identified a large leak from the emission canister purge valve. I notified the dealership, and they agreed to fix the issue the next day. However, they didn't call me as promised, and I had to follow up with them. They told me I could pick up the car in the afternoon. They fixed my reflector lights and attempted to fix my radio, but it still didn't work. I ended up relying on satellite radio instead.
A week later, the check engine light came on again, and I decided to take the car to a different mechanic. They told me that the issue was never resolved and recommended a smoke test to find the leak. Additionally, the part needed to fix the issue had to be ordered from Hyundai, which would take three days to arrive. In total, I paid $300 to fix the car, plus an additional $300 for two other issues that the dealership overlooked.
When I first put down the down payment, the salesman promised to run a full diagnostic on the vehicle. However, I'm not sure if they did or what they found. I still don't have my promised hubcap, and the dealership never contacted me again.
On top of all that, I had problems with my plates and registration. My temporary plates expired the day after I received my actual plates from the DMV. The dealership tried to brush me off and told me to come back later, but I refused to leave until I got my plates. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. They only care about making money and don't care if they sell lemons.
